problems with the Forum: access or options
problems with the TradingDB system: access or options
problems with the WebMail gateway
problems with the automatic reporting: not receiving reports
on time or not the correct reports
Include a description of the problem, a screenshot if possible, the date and hour you
experienced the problem, whether this is the first time the
problem occurs and a brief description on your expected behaviour of the system.
Helpdesk service is available from Monday to Friday, from
9.00 to 18.00 (GMT+1), excluding local holidays in Zaragoza.
